At Peinemann, we define construction logistics as the process of planning, coordinating and controlling the movement of materials and people on construction sites. We recommend meeting as early as possible to streamline processes. Together, we coordinate deliveries to our hubs in Rotterdam or Amsterdam and lay out the next steps. In addition, we look into external variables, such as local surroundings and other suppliers, during these initial discussions.

We tag all the materials at our hubs, which means we are able to generate a dashboard tracking their movements in real time.
